-Where is your crystal from?
Everything is imported from the A.R.E. All we buy is high quality crystal and nothing less.
-What is the quality of your crystal?
All of our crystal is 30%+ PbO. The right amount of PbO in the crystal gives it the diamond like brilliance.
-Can I purchase at wholesale prices?
Yes. To be eligible to purchase at wholesale prices you must contact us via email to initiate the process of becoming a buyer. Minimum purchase order is 300 pieces.
-What is the minimum order for non-wholesale buyers?
There is a minimum order of $ 10 US.
-Where do you ship to?
We only ship to USA and Canada.
-How do you ship?
We ship via UPS. Regular orders are shipped by next day. Wholesale orders take 2-3 days to ship out. We can also arrange to have wholesale orders shipped through a specific logistics company.
-How do I pay?
For regular customers, we accept PayPal. Wholesale orders are to be taken up with the accounting office via telephone.
